Upon moving to Hawaii, Mr. Brown worked for the state's largest law firm, Carlsmith Ball.
Phil Brown opened his own law firm in 1997, and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation cases. Mr. Brown's commercial law practice includes real estate litigation, breach of contract cases and business disputes. He has also represented clients in legal malpractice cases and design defect litigation, as well as other commercial issues.
